Elizabeth Geiger, LMSW
Board Member, Outreach Advisor

Elizabeth Geiger is a Licensed Social Worker, Bilingual in Conversational Russian, Adolescent Therapist, and Certified Family Forensic Expert specializing in supervised visitation with children and adolescents. She is a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) and served on the Board for both the New York and Boston Chapter. She received her undergraduate degree from the Pace University Lubin School of Business and master’s degree from the Columbia University School of Social Work.

 

She has experience in supporting individuals and families struggling with an eating disorder. Elizabeth also served as a Senior Regional Manager for a nationally recognized eating disorder program and helped families, adolescents, and young adults access treatment services. Elizabeth values humor, compassion, and learning to understand an individual’s personal story to guide her in helping people accept themselves and live their best life possible.

 

Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her 7 and ½ month old son and husband, cooking at home, and settling into her new apartment in Brooklyn, NY.
