Co-Founder, Board Member
Amanda is a joint MD/MBA student at Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School, where she is training to bridge clinical medicine and systems-level innovation to improve access to care for underserved communities. A first-generation Latina immigrant from Cuba, Amanda brings a deeply personal commitment to advancing health equity and expanding opportunities for youth from historically marginalized backgrounds.
Her academic and professional interests sit at the intersection of medicine, public health, and organizational leadership. Amanda chose to pursue an MBA alongside her medical training to better understand how healthcare systems, policy, and organizational strategy shape access to care. She is particularly passionate about designing scalable programs and institutions that expand mental health access and strengthen youth resilience in underserved communities like the one she grew up in.
Outside of work and class, Amanda can be found dancing salsa, cooking Cuban food, or hiking
