Our Programs
Our current program offerings include BEP Youth Programs, BEP College Programs, and professional/personal development trainings.
Body Empowerment Project’s Youth Programs offer prevention-focused mental health support to middle and high school students through three components: the Flagship 10-Week Program, BEP Mini-Series, and BEP Pop-Ups.
University chapters receive resources and guidance from the Body Empowerment Project leadership team to conduct their own, independent programming on topics such as eating disorder awareness, body liberation, and anti-fat discrimination.
A 1-hour professional training about eating disorders for nurses and educators. The training covers topics such as risk factors, signs & symptoms, preventative efforts, health at every size, intuitive eating, and joyful movement, among others. These trainings are currently offered in-person in Philadelphia or virtually for any other location.
