Susan Robinson-Cloete
Program Manager

Susan Robinson-Cloete is a recent graduate of Oberlin College with a B.A. in Neuroscience and an integrative concentration in Global Health.  She is dedicated to community care work and mental health advocacy, currently serving as Program Manager at Body Empowerment Project. In this role, Susan oversees the organization’s programming, directs a team of college volunteers, and manages several daily operations and fundraising projects. Her commitment to transforming the public health system to better serve all individuals guides every aspect of her work. During her time at Oberlin, she interned with Lorain County Public Health developing educational health programs and creating public health graphics, newsletters, and content geared toward the senior community. At the Body Empowerment Project, she uses her background in public and global health to help create supportive spaces for people to challenge harmful societal norms. With experience developing public health education programs and working in community outreach, she’s focused on making information accessible and meaningful. Outside of the classroom, Susan worked as a Peer Advising Leader and Course Writing Associate. In these roles, she worked closely with incoming and current students to help guide their transition to college and foster inclusive environments where people feel heard and empowered.
