Bridget is a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked across a range of settings, including community mental health and higher levels of care, and currently serves as Site Director at The Renfrew Center’s Center City Philadelphia location. Bridget’s work is deeply rooted in the principles of Health at Every Size® and a strong commitment to dismantling weight stigma in treatment settings. Her passion for body liberation and inclusive care continues to shape her work with clients and teams alike. As a board member of the Body Empowerment Project, Bridget brings not only her clinical expertise, but a fierce dedication to creating spaces where all bodies are respected, supported, and empowered. A proud Philly native, Bridget is a devoted dog mom to a pitbull named Cherry. She recharges through travel (her favorite form of self-care) and is a lifelong Eagles fan — GO BIRDS!
